This enchanting landscape nature painting was inspired by a beautiful marsh on Jekyll Island.  When we were exploring the island, I asked my husband to pull over when I saw a sunlit marsh through some trees so I could do a quick plein air study and take photos.  This whole island was tranquil and serene, but this particular marsh captivated me. This landscape painting highlights  the glassy water and a sandy shore and rocky area.  The sun lit trees invite you into this enchanting painting of Jekyll Island.
